iOS Email Setup
Privacy Alert: In order to protect company information, configuring your iPhone/iPad to connect to Raycom's email servers will force your iPhone/iPad to use an unlock code to unlock you device. If you do not already use a unlock code, you will be prompted to create one the next time you unlock your device. This is to keep someone from being able to get into your work email in case your device is lost or stolen.
iOS devices vary, so your device may look different than the screenshots below.
Locate the 'Settings' icon and open it. Scroll down a little and choose 'Accounts & Passwords'. Choose 'Add Account'. Select 'Exchange'. Enter your email address. You can also enter an account description. Then tap 'Next'. A message will open asking you to choose either Configure Manually or Sign In. Tap 'Sign In'. Enter your password and then tap 'Sign In'. Tap 'Accept' to allow your iOS account to access your mailbox. You can sync Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, and Notes. When you're finished, tap 'Save'. After the account has been added, you will see the accounts on your device. You should see your Exchange account in the list.
